Fluids are great, drink lots of water. It really helps. Flushes out your system.

Get an air conditioner imo or a fan.

Just take your shirt off or put a fan in your room and also open your windows.

I always sleep without a shirt on. Just makes it cooler. As my gf says I like to sleep in the Artic. I love it when it is cold in my room.

My vactation, all one and a half weeks of it, is over today. Time for class in 30 mins.

So my chem proffessor JUST posted 34 pages we need to print out for class today... so I'm sitting here, at 9:30am printing out 34 pages because he couldn't put it up yesterday. >< Oh well...

Yeah I think more than half of your body heat escapes through your head. If your baby is cold, just give him a hat (idk where I read that lol but I guess it's true). Doesn't a lot of heat leave through your hands and feet too?

Yup that is what you are suppose to do because babies are usually born with very little hair. And any of the hair they do have is very thin. I'm not sure about the feet or hands thing. Let me check on that but I don't think so. I think the rest of the heat is released through perspiration. But since your arms are usually exposed as are your hands I think many people may believe that it escapes through your hands then. Feet I doubt much heat escapes from them since heat rises. Just my two sense though.

Sleep now, 7 hours of class, maybe, tomorrow.

Today is my early day... Pre-lab for chem at 8am, bio lab from 9-12, and then bio class from 2-5. Busy busy day...

Yes, very bad. Okay no not really I'm ready for the weekend and i have only had one day of class so far. I do only have one class tomorrow though, which is good.

Working for the weekend... sounds like my summer job. The only thing that keeps me going is knowing that the weekend is coming...

I am already in the dorms of course and my internet has already spazzed out. Just lost internet for like 10 minutes. Why? I have no idea... but that is college internet for you. I got out of lab 2 hours earlier so I think it's nap time.
